UK standard deliveries are free of charge and will be shipped the same day if ordered before midday. Any order made after midday will be sent the following working day. Orders made at the weekend will sent out for delivery on the next working day. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the tracking number.
Standard delivery to the UK is completely free although we do charge for UK next day delivery and international delivery. These delivery charges are shown at checkout and on our delivery and returns page.
Once you have made your order, you will be shown a confirmation page. Here you can add your mobile number to get shipping updates via SMS. You will also be sent a confirmation email which has a button named "View your order" where you can click through to the website and see the progress of your delivery. When the order has been successfully shipped, you will be sent an email and an SMS with the tracking number.

Refunds and Returns
If you want to return your unopened order within 14 days from purchase, you can do so by emailing us at email@example.com with the order number and we will send you a return form with details of how to send us your items.
You can exchange an order for an item by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and a message telling us what you want to exchange the item for. We will then send you details of how to send us your items back, as well as any difference in price.
Once we have confirmed the refund, it should take between one and three working days to appear back into your account.
Yes, as soon as we have received your return we will email you to confirm it.
You do not need to have an account to place on order on jamesderby.com. When you checkout you can log into your account, create a new one or checkout as a guest.
On our desktop website, there is a little magnifying glass icon at the top of the website. Click on that and a search box opens for you to search for an item. On our mobile website, click on the menu icon and a search box appears at the top of the menu.

Yes, all of our watches come in an official James Derby box. We never sell a watch without the official box.
