Delivery Information

When will my delivery arrive?

UK standard deliveries are free of charge and will be shipped the same day if ordered before midday. Any order made after midday will be sent the following working day. Orders made at the weekend will sent out for delivery on the next working day. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the tracking number.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery to the UK is completely free although we do charge for UK next day delivery and international delivery. These delivery charges are shown at checkout and on our delivery and returns page.

Can I track my order?

Once you have made your order, you will be shown a confirmation page. Here you can add your mobile number to get shipping updates via SMS. You will also be sent a confirmation email which has a button named "View your order" where you can click through to the website and see the progress of your delivery. When the order has been successfully shipped, you will be sent an email and an SMS with the tracking number.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Absolutely. We deliver worldwide.

Refunds and Returns

How do I return an order?

If you want to return your unopened order within 14 days from purchase, you can do so by emailing us at with the order number and we will send you a return form with details of how to send us your items.

Can I exchange an order?

You can exchange an order for an item by emailing us at with the order number and a message telling us what you want to exchange the item for. We will then send you details of how to send us your items back, as well as any difference in price.

How long will a refund take to process?

Once we have confirmed the refund, it should take between one and three working days to appear back into your account.

Do you confirm when you have received my returned items?

Yes, as soon as we have received your return we will email you to confirm it.

Shopping Online

Do I need to have an account to make a purchase?

You do not need to have an account to place on order on When you checkout you can log into your account, create a new one or checkout as a guest.

How do I search for an item?

On our desktop website, there is a little magnifying glass icon at the top of the website. Click on that and a search box opens for you to search for an item. On our mobile website, click on the menu icon and a search box appears at the top of the menu.

Is all of my personal information kept confidential?

Absolutely. Any information you give us is kept secure, private and confidential. Privacy is incredibly important to us, please see our privacy policy for more information.

What payment options do you accept?

You can pay by PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How do I know that my order has been successfully received?

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. The website will also show a confirmation message.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

You can add a discount code when you checkout.


How do I reset my account password?

Click on the little man icon in the top menu and on that account page , there is a “Forgot your Password?” link. Click on that and follow the instructions to be emailed a new password.

Do the watches come in boxes?

Yes, all of our watches come in an official James Derby box. We never sell a watch without the official box.

Do you have an email newsletter that I can sign up to?

At the bottom of the website there is a box where you can simply add your email address to subscribe to our newsletter. Once you have, we will send you news and exclusive offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the newsletter email.
